Step 1 :1. \(\frac{1}{5}A = \left[\begin{array}{ll} 2 & -5 \end{array}\right]\)

Step 2 :2. \(B - \frac{1}{5}A = \left[\begin{array}{ll} -9 & 8 \end{array}\right] - \left[\begin{array}{ll} 2 & -5 \end{array}\right]\)

Step 3 :3. \(B - \frac{1}{5}A = \left[\begin{array}{ll} -11 & 13 \end{array}\right]\)
